The Kitchen facility is housed with the Banquet Hall in an 8000 sq ft building. The Kitchen itself is 20’ X 20’ with serving windows to accommodate the Banquet Hall and the Large Arena. The Fairboard has begun to update the room with a fresh coat of paint and a new ceiling with washable tiles. The next phase will include an upgrade on several of the appliances in 2007. The kitchen also has approximately 1360 sq ft of hallway used for dinning tables, or can be used for booth space.
