4:00 -- 6:00 pm: Set up for all Livestock Exhibitors
5:30 pm: Fair Board, Ag Educators, & 4-H Leaders Meeting
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Dinner
7:00 – 9:00 pm: Dance
Thursday, February 26, 2015
10:00 am: All goats in place.
All goat exhibitors must be ready to weigh
2:00 pm: Goat Show – Does, Market Wethers, Sale Order and Showmanship classes
Friday, February 27, 2015
11:00 am: Sheep must be in place.
Market lambs officially weighed and classified by Sheep Committee, Breeding Ewes checked in.
12:00 pm: All swine must be in place and ready to weigh; Starting with Breeding Gilt weight cards due and registration papers checked followed by Market Hogs.
4:00 pm: Judging of Breeding Ewes, followed by Market Lambs, Sale Order, and Showmanship classes.
“Barns close at 10:00 p.m. or 1 hour after Sheep Show is
over, whichever is later.”
Saturday, February 28, 2015
9:00 am: Judging of Gilts, followed by Market Hogs, and Showmanship.
Swine will be dismissed by announcer, and all hogs must be loaded out through the north and south overhead doors, or through swine wash rack area. Pens must be taken down and stacked in pods before exhibitors are allowed to be released.

9:30 am: Steers weighed. Heifers weighed and registration papers checked by Beef Committee.
12:30 pm: Cattle Show, Judging of Heifers, Prospect Steers, Market Steers, Sale Order, and Beef Showmanship Classes.
***** Premium Sale Meeting 30 Minutes after show is over.
***** Set up for Premium Sale. All premium exhibitors are required to set up pens.

9:00 am: Livestock Judging Contest Registration, Judging will start at 10:00 am.
Tuesday, March 3, 2015
5:30 pm: All Premium Sale animals must be in place.

5:45 pm: Buyer’s Social served by Olive/Drumright
6:45 pm: Awards Presentation
7:00 pm: Premium Sale
