The Creek County Fairgrounds is the premier site for a variety of community, county, state and national events, including fairs, trade shows, family reunions, corporate meetings, conferences, banquets, educational programs, and livestock shows and rodeos. Located just off the Sapulpa / Kellyville exit of the I-44 Turner turnpike and beside Hwy 66, the location is ideal for state and national travelers. Only 15 minutes from Tulsa and 55 to OKC, this facility is nestled between two rural communities that give off that country down home feeling. With six different rentable facilities we will have one that will meet your needs.

Our grounds are also home to the Creek County Extension office. It is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is staffed with 3 Cooperative extension educators with specialization in; Agriculture and Natural resources, Family and consumer science, and 4-H and youth development.
Whatever the event, our friendly staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of your event, offering great facilities and specialized set-up, including:

  • Set up and use of up to 60 tables and 700 chairs

  • Clean up and maintenance after events

  • Newly renovated banquet hall and kitchen

  • 200 Priefert Hog & sheep pens, 70 Horse stalls and Bucking Chutes w/ more than 200 Priefert ruff stock gates and panels

  • RV Parking (with water, electricity hook-ups and a dump station facility)

  • Other items offered: working chute, portable scales, panels, pipe holding pens, adjustable loading ramp, and portable bleachers

With almost 43000 sq ft under one roof the Ronnie Wells Memorial Arena has the capability to accommodate a variety of events. It has 150’ of concrete wash racks, 1700 linear feet of permanent bleachers, 20,250 sq ft of open arena and five 24' Big fans for climate control. The banquet hall and kitchen are both connected on the west side of the building and the restroom facilities and office are located between the bleachers on the west side of the arena. To the East side of the arena there is a 50’ X 225’ section of the barn used for penning, bedding, or staging depending on the event. The facility has parking on three sides that will accommodate cars, trucks, trailers, and semis. To the North of the arena is the RV Park with over 30 hookups. WiFi available in all facilities. Facility usage is excellent for; Horse shows, Livestock shows, Jackpot shows, Rodeos, Bull buck outs and futurities, Fundraisers, Dog trials, Auctions, Trade shows, Motocross events, Tractor pulls, and Concerts.

The Banquet Hall and Kitchen are housed in the same building. This Complex is 100’ X 80’ and connected to the Ronnie Wells Arena. The Banquet Hall itself is 5200 sq ft with the capacity to seat 400 plus people. The Banquet hall has just had a complete remodel. New ceiling grid and tiles, paint, glass doors, and crown molding. The Banquet Hall also has two side rooms (19’ X 24’) used for small meetings, offices or storage for parties, and a kitchen serving window for dinners and banquets.

Building usage is excellent for; Banquets, Family Reunions, Parties, Wedding Receptions, Forums, Tradeshows, Auctions, and Cooperate Meetings. WiFi available in all facilities. See fairgrounds manager for rates.

The Kitchen facility is housed with the Banquet Hall in an 8000 sq ft building. The Kitchen itself is 20’ X 20’ with serving windows to accommodate the Banquet Hall and the Large Arena. The Fairboard has just completed a complete remodel of the kitchen with all new stainless counter tops and state of the art equipment. Multiplex Building is the newest addition at the Creek County Fairgrounds. The facility has a 60 x 70 warm up arena, 50 horse stalls, drop electric, superb lighting and is cooled with 3 state of the art 24 foot overhead fans. The multiplex facility will be the new home to several sanctioned horse shows and clinics. It will give local and county 4-H and FFA’ers a practice facility for state and national competitions. It will also house trade shows, dog trails and will give the fairgrounds some much needed space during the fair and stock show. WiFi available in all facilities. See fairgrounds manager for rates.
